just can't remember

I've heard a couple things. My nipples have been super sore for the past 4 days and my breasts a little bit. I've heard both that it is a sign of not being pregnant as well as could be an early sign. What are your thoughts? I know the only real way to know if I am is through a test but I'm only 7dpo and waiting lol
