reddish brown discharge.. very worried help.

Hey guys I got off my period a little over a week ago and yesterday I noticed weird brownish red discharge. I also have been having diarrhea so I figured (TMI) but that I didn't wipe well. But now I think it's coming from my vagina. I got off my period yet I'm having this discharge. Yesterday/this morning was a decent amount and today was the size of a quarter. I have also been feeling nauseous and almost threw up yesterday during physical activity. Please tell me what you think is going on. I'm so scared. Also when I wiped today where was a faint tinge of blood.
