migraines at 24 weeks!!!!🤕😣😦

Went to the doctor yesterday due to having numb hand & numb mouth and vision went out- then a headache.. felt super out of it & they did tests & every thing was fine, thank god but ive never had these before and is there ANY ways to help with them?!?! Besides tylonel!? It takes too long to kick in.

These are awful 😒 i thought i was having a damn stroke
