I take these exact vitamins. As long as they are prenatal (which obviously they are lol) you will be just fine. 😊 My Dr didn't really care too much what I took as long as it was some sort of prenatal.

I prefer the rainbow light brand which is food based and better absorbed

I used Rainbow Light with my first pregnancy but they were so gross I had a hard time with them. I use the ones you have this time around and it's so much easier to take coated supplements. They work just fine and I'm 33 weeks and have been doing great
