No Insurance?

Have got denied by Medicaid multiple times and don't have the money to pay for insurance out of pocket. I barely make 19000 a year. What should I do? 6 weeks pregnant.

If u apply when u send them all ur info, get a print out of proof of pregnancy and send it to them as well.. i had been denied in the past also.. and that's what i had to do in order to get approved.

I was automatically eligible for insurance while pregnant. I thought that's how it always is with Medicaid. You should definitely be able to get some kind of insurance that's ridiculous

Let them know you're pregnant see if that changes anything they shouldn't be able to deny you because of pregnancy

Start saving as much as you can. Sell anything you don't use. Cut back on wants vs needs.  Get a second job (there are a lot of at home jobs so you actually don't have to leave) coupon to save money.

If you live with others, insurances go by household income.

So if anyone else lives with you, that's probably why.

You may need to live on your own if not already. Or just with the husband or father of your child.

Have you applied since becoming pregnant? I think you may qualify now since you'll need maternity care.

Go to your nearest health department and tell them your pregnant they shouldn't deny it while your preggo. Bring some written proof that says your preggo. You lose the insurance when your not preggo anymore but your baby gets to have one for free with low income. If your married then that's a different story but go and try. My mom works for WIC and she used to help the health department too so that's the only way I know. Unfortunaltey I make waaaaaay too much or I would love to have WIC
