You dr should tell you how babybis lying. But I did many things to get mine from breech to head down (not sure if they worked) but he's head down. Laying upside down with legs higher than heart for 20-30 minutes with a cold ice pack on the top of my uterus. Also did ice pack alone, sitting in butterfly position, crawling on the floor, scrubbing the floors on hands and knees, rubbing peppermint oil on my stomach and music on the bottoms of pelvis. Lol.
38 weeks almost
So I'm almost 38 weeks(Monday) & it still feels like my baby is in a transverse position 😔I feel his kicks only on my right side and on my left side I don't feel anything so it must be his head. What can I do to get him to turn into ready position? I tried walking and that doesn't help. Also how will I know if baby turns does it hurt ?
