anatomy scan questions!

i have my anatomy scan on tuesday, i will be 20w2d. im wondering if the sonographer will tell me if something is wrong with the baby or will i also meet with my doctor after the ultrasound and he'll tell me if there's any abnormalities? will they call me and tell me after? not sure how any of this works or if it just depends on the doctor. super excited & nervous, plz comment
