I'm just 5 weeks pregnant with my first child. I've had very few symptoms thus far but I do have a fair amount of cramping. It's always worse at night but is usually manageable. Tonight I had pretty severe cramping low down in my pelvic area for about 15 minutes that was so bad I was shaking. No bleeding or spotting at all. Anyone have experience with this? Could it be a combination of gastric issues and regular cramping?
