Sneezing Pain! Have you had this happen??

I'm 6wks 3days and I sneezed earlier. I felt the most horrible pain near my groin!! I researched and apparently it's really common. It's called a round ligament pain and to help prevent any pain when you cough or sneeze you're supposed to hold your belly in.
