I am seeking a career in College Advising and Counseling and my husband is seeking a job in Journalism/Film/Media. Where is the best state to move to that will allow both of us to successfully have a career in our field? We both have a Masters degree however, we are currently living in LA and it is hell here! Too expensive and overwhelmingly competitive. We are looking to move somewhere where we can raise our family, be financially stable and both working in our field of work.
