Ben Wa Balls/ Kegel Balls... Do they work?

I just bought some Kegel balls and I was wondering do they work? Have you or your SO notice a difference???

I love my Ben was, I personally like to sometimes have them in when my SO and I go out, then partway through the night I tell my SO that I have them in, and he can't wait to get me home ;)  I personally prefer the kind that are linked by a string and coated in soft silicone (as opposed to the metal kind), but that's just preference.

I use them. They're great!! But they tend to fall out when you try to walk unless you shove them way up there
