achy arm please help

Sarah • Mon, Apr 17 • Mommy to 4 wonderful babies and to 6 heaven babies I miss they dearly.

I'm 4 weeks 2 days. Since Friday my left arm has been so achy. My muscles feel like I've worked out, but it's only in my left arm. Anyone else?
