When you take a DNA test at the Child Support place, and results come back positive, do they open their own case for childsupport or do you have the option to do that? I just really want the DNA test done because him and his family won't stop bugging about it but I don't want him on child support.. I don't want to go through all that since me and him are still together. The only reason they want me to take a DNA test is because some woman lied about a baby being his years ago so they want a DNA test with any of his kids to confirm that he's actually the father.
