I'm compound heterozygous and on Lovenox to hold this pregnancy after losing 4. I have heartburn that's starting to ramp up (I'm 15w4d) and know it only gets worse. My dr said to just take Zantac but I've read it'll block vit b12 absorption. Any suggestions or remedies that have worked? We just found out I have MTHFR just before getting pregnant this time so I'm still learning to navigate it.
