Sore boobs?

Is it normal for my boobs to be sore directly after feeding? For example: my daughter got done eating on my right boob after about 20 minutes and about 5 minutes after she gets done I have a powerful soreness throughout the boob I fed on. It happens on both sides and it has happened the entire month I've been exclusively breast feeding. (Not sore nipples actual boobs)
