There is a news station in my state that just posted about four women who had a strange man ride up behind them on a bicycle and slap them on their butts. Calling this guy a spanker which just also happens to work well with the city's name Spokane, so they're calling him the Spokane Spanker. Many of the comments on the post are focused more at laughing over the name than the offense and do not seem overly worried that this is a crime and is rather more funny than offensive.
