i don't know how to explain this situation but here me out

Me and my husband been ttc for years... we both heard we are healthy and have nothing wrong with us.. but i just don't understand why i'm not getting pregnant so is there a way to see a doctor and to get pregnant faster by getting my mans sperm and injectioning it inside of me kinda like a sperm doner but my mans cum? or that is impossible?..
