please help 😭 birth control questions

So this is my 8th month on birth control. I've gotten my withdrawal bleed during my placebo week usually Tuesday mornings. Never missed one. This one seems like its not going to come 😞 it's making me worried I'm pregnant even though I take my pill everyday and use condoms and pull out as a backup method. I'm getting orangeish discharge that's went on all day yesterday but nothing more than that😞
