Do you sleep with the Air Conditioning on?

so it's spring and it's getting really hot in the night and day so i NEED to turn it on at night especially because i can't sleep....

My ac is constantly on (when we're away it doesn't keep it as cool as when we're home but still keeps it cool enough to not overwork when we get home). Then again. I live in the south were we've already had a couple of high 80s days.

my roommates keep out ac at 58 degrees all the time 😭 so unfortunately yes. when i'm on my own, i like to keep it around 80 or so 🙃 i get cold so easily.

Normally I'll just open windows at night but I also live in Colorado where it gets cool enough to do that. Oherwise I would have to run the A.C. all day and night.

Turning your air conditioner on and off constantly is bad for the air conditioner and makes your bill higher. 😊 My dad worked on ac units so he always told me either leave it on all day or leave it off all day.

it's weird because the bill rises when you use the air conditioner so much but yet when it's winter the bill doesn't rise when the heater is used 🤔
