Ok so today im going to the doctor to get tested for a uti because I've been having symptoms of one such as burning while peeing, cramps after peeing and pelvic pain but I'm wondering how they're going to test if I have one will they look at my vagina?? Cuz I really don't want that

Seeing as how a UTI has absolutely nothing to do with your vagina, they shouldn't look at it. A UTI has to do with your urethra, and/or your bladder.
They will most likely just ask you what your symptoms are, then give you a prescription.  
I hate to say it, but part of being a female is knowing that doctors will eventually have to look at and feel around your reproductive organs. It sucks, but it's just a part of life.

They will have you leave a urine sample and test it, if they find nothing and feel it may be a STD then they will give you an exam.
