should I see a lactation consultant?

My lo is 5 weeks old and the last few days she has been getting frustrated while nursing. She will clamp down on my nipple and pull back and fuss and kick her legs. I'm wondering if I have a low supply.  I'm also still pretty sore so I think she might have a shallow latch. She does have a lip tie but her pediatrician didn't think it would affect nursing. Should I make an appt with a lactation consultant?
