Industrial piercing

I got my ear pierced last month and so far it has been the hardest piercing to heal that I have ever gotten! I have very very small ears so I thought an industrial bar would not be possible for me but the piercer actually bent the bar INSIDE my ear after he had pierced it. Any ways I now have a large bump on one hole and the start of two new bumps on the other. I have been cleaning them but it seems like every time I turn around it is oozing more crap. I will attach a picture before and after cleaning it so you can see what it looks like. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to make this better and less painful😩😖
