Rash alert!

This morning I felt some sort of rash on my inner thighs by the genital area. They're not itchy or blisters. Just kinda rough. I don't know if it's because I wear a pantiliner every day and it's irritating the skin? I wear a liner during the day because of discharge. But at night I go without an undie so the skin can breathe. (I have been pretty dry and itchy down there so the doc recommended I use Vaseline to calm the skin)- which has been working.

Anyone else have a rash too? I will consult with my doc next week.
