EBP Schedule
pumping ladies....
Is anyone on a schedule? What have you found is easiest to pump?
I pump every 2-3 hours during the day. At night, I'll pump after the LO wakes up to eat and falls back asleep. Which can be anywhere from 2-3 hours as well, she's almost 2 weeks old.
What have you found that helps you? What builds your supply? I don't mind my schedule, just sometimes everything runs into eachother and I get so exhausted. After I pump I have to run downstairs to wash everything so by the time I get back to bed, I have to be back up in 1-2 hours.
Always contemplate on just switching to
formula but I want what's best for my baby and I honestly don't want to switch.. mama just has to toughen it out.
