Start with takin one pill orally then around 37 weeks you can insert another pill vaginally. You can also use the oil to massage your perenium and this is supposed to help against tearing.

From what I've read you stick a capsule up close to your cervix at bedtime.

Start at around 1000mg a day until 37 weeks by mouth... then insert one and take one by mouth is what I read online... IF It does work, it's best that you insert it later in pregnancy so you don't dilate and stuff too soon... I didn't do it with my first but I've already started taking one a day by mouth... I'm 34.3 😊 I'm also doing red raspberry leaf tea to tone the uterus... whatever helps get this baby out safe and fast 😂
