Two weeks of spotting?

I was due on 3/4 but all I got was a few spots of dark brown blood. That went on for a week. After a week it became bright red but maybe once or twice a day would I get anything that would require a pad (sorry)... I'd chalk it up to a period but mine only last 3 days and I'm getting a little concerned.

We have been Ttc since September but haven't had anything at all.
