when did you begin bottle feeding your baby?

I love breastfeeding my baby and us being so close and bonding, but I know she'll have to start bottle feeding eventually so her dad can help out & grandparents.. she's only 1.5 weeks old so I'm not in a rush, but when did you introduce the bottle to your babe?

My doula told us to introduce a bottle at 3 weeks if you want them to do both.  We did that with our first and she always did both perfectly :)

I'm only 11.5 weeks pregnant right now but I plan on starting bottle feeding breast milk at 1 week. That way my husband can help with feedings if I'm working, grocery shopping, sleeping, etc. it'll just make things easier for us. Especially since we are having twins.

I started bottle the day before I had my 6 week check up. I knew she was going to be with her aunt and she needed a way to feed her. So I pumped.

I introduced the bottle at 2 weeks but continued to breast feed also until 6 weeks. I had to stop at that point because I wasn't producing enough milk :(
