Finding Your Zen: How do I find mine?

I'm typically a pretty high strung person, very type A. Now that I'm pregnant with my third baby I feel overwhelmed and generally anxious much more than I am comfortable with. I get irritated so quickly and feel like screaming my head off. I feel so bad for my kids because my hormones have me feeling so insane. Is there a guided meditation anyone recommends? Or some relaxation tips? I practice mindfulness, (deep breathing when I feel overwhelmed, acknowledging my feelings, stuff like that), but lately it's not helping me calm down and my emotions are ALL OVER THE PLACE. It's so hard to feel this out of control over my own reactions. Even worse that as I'm reacting I KNOW how irrational it all is....😟
