Sore pelvis?

my pelvis or tailbone is killing me I'm not sure which it is anyone ever had this problem I'm 5 weeks out from being due. It aches hurts to pick up stuff and bend over anyone have any ideas to help relieve it??

Yup I've had this issue since the second trimester started. I only just asked my doctor about it lol he said it's because when you're pregnant, the hormones cause your ligaments relax to prepare for the baby's exit.

I've been having this issue since a little before twenty weeks. I'd recommend light stretching, which I'm always too lazy and tired to do, or soaking in a clean bath with about three cups of plain salt in the water (Epsom or Table). Soaking in a salt bath has been a lifesaver to me.
