My photographer suggested with in the first 2 weeks, this way they are still super sleepy and easy to pose and stuff.

I used to work for a photographer and, as long as they weren't a nicu baby, the best timeframe is within 10 days! They're still in the deep sleepy phase where they are usually super cooperative (unless they're hungry 😜)
