Period? Spotting? Confuses...

So I gave birth on October 14 of last year and my period returned on February 11. My periods were always regular & every 28 days and now they're all over the place! My second period was 10 days late... I get it.... I gave birth... things change.

I'm now on my third period after giving birth and it came a week early. I'm confused because I've had light spotting for 7 days now (I've never had a reg one longer than 5 days and never spotting this long) & it's all light spotting. I had cramps 3 days before the bleeding started for maybe an hour. Common? Pregnant?
