Embarassing question

Ok so im going to talk to my dr monday at my appt. But for the last few weeks i have had random times where my underwear will be really damp. Sometimes so damp its through my pants. It seems like just an extream amount of excess discharge really its only when my baby hits my cervix area pretty hard. I am 36 w pregnant i am going in between 38 and 39 depending on what dr says to have a csection. Is this normal? Its watery and has a bit of a smell not a whole lot but idk if its discharge or sweat maybe just pee a little if she kicked hard enough and i dont notice it. Or could i be leaking fluid. I was a little low but dr just says im slightly dehydrated and need more water. Anyone have ideas like i said ill talk to my dr next appt just curious.
