worst dr appointment so far...

We just moved to Georgia from West Virginia and had to enroll in Georgia health insurance. Well we have finally gotten our medical worked out, I ended up in the ER a few weeks ago in Georgia, and they set me up with a follow up appointment with a local OB. Well I called them and today was the only day before the end of next month I was able to be seen... and I called most of the OBs here and same issue. Well my appointment was at 10:30, but they asked me to be there at 10 for paperwork.... so I showed up at 10... only to wait in the office till 12. I was supposed to be at work at 12, I'm a waitress I couldn't be very late to work, I called and let them know I was going to be late. I just got this job, I can't loose it, I'm 21 weeks pregnant and need to save up and be able to support that baby. We were supposed to find out our baby's gender today... we also are a high risk pregnancy and are supposed to be seen every two weeks, I haven't been to the dr since just before 17 weeks.
