What if you found out your SO was a murderer? (Read description)

What would you do if you found out your SO was a murderer? BUT they only kill bad guys (murderers, child molesters, rapists, etc).
I'm watching Dexter and his psycho ex just found out he's a murderer by finding someone who knew his crimes so I was wondering what everyone here would do. 
Bonus question (answer in the comments): Would you let your SO know you knew or keep quiet?

I dunno if it was only the super shittiest people I'd probably just, advise caution or whatever but not do too much about it. I don't exactly condone murder but, maybe if he was doing it in situations where other options had already been exhausted? Otherwise I'd probably stay around but try to discourage the killing and whatnot, I believe there's better ways to handle those people.
