Leaking??

How can I know if I'm leaking amniotic fluid or if it's just discharge or something else? This morning I went to the bathroom and noticed that I have quite a bit of wetness and I'm not sure if I need to be worried. I've also noticed lately that my baby has become less active and sometimes I can't even feel her move for almost a full day. I'm 29 weeks now and I'm a first time mom. This is my rainbow baby so I'm extra cautious too. I live over an hour from the hospital so I just need to know if it's something to be worried about or if it's nothing.
