morning sickness help

I am almost 5 weeks pregnant with number 2 and got super nauseous while out shopping. I am not puker (even when nauseous and sick I rarely ever throw up) but I really thought I wa going to throw up in the car 🤢 I ate some pretzels and an orange and am feeling a little better. Is this too early to get morning sickness? Could it be from my prenatal (hasn't been a problem before, but maybe?)? Anyone else get morning sickness/nausea so early? Pretty sure I didn't have it with my daughter until around 6 weeks...
