4wks.. pains?

4wks 1d and I'm having sharp stabbing pains in my ovary area (not super bad but noticeable) they dont last long and not all the time just off and on for the past couple of days. Has anyone else had this and it turned out okay? Is this normal? Or do you think I should be concerned about an etopic pregnancy? I'm so nervous, had a MC in November so now I'm terrified it'll happen again.
