Does anyone have teamcare blue cross ppo?

My husband is a ups driver and we have teamcare blue cross ppo...teamcare is telling me I need precert for fetal scan genetic testing...but my nurse keeps arguing blue cross does not require it. No one can seem to help me so if anyone has experience please let me know!!!

Each plan is different, so if you call your insurance and they tell you it's required then I'd go with what they say. Maybe that wasn't the case of other blue cross plans the nurse has delt with but it doesn't mean it's true of yours.
