I'm a FTM so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be really looking for when it comes to contractions etc., but I keep getting these intense sharp pains on and off in my lower area. Like it feels like its between my back and near my pelvic area. Should I be worried about this? It's been on and off for the last couple hours. I haven't started timing anything cuz I'm not sure if that's what I'm supposed to be watching out for right now. Currently I'm 38w and 2 days so I know it's possible for anything to happen at any min. I really need some advice right now 😩 I'm panicking
