In the early second trimester I had a pretty good outbreak on my elbows. I just left it be and it eventually went away. My hands got pretty red, dry, & itchy but I just moisturized and it eventually got better. I didn't use any of the topical steroids that I have prescriptions for

Mine was really bad with my first. My demontogist said that it might have been because he was a boy and would have been releasing different levels of hormones. My body was just treating my pregnancy like an infection and reacting badly. Anyone else heard of this theory. Within two hours after he was born my psoriasis did disappear conpletely.

Mine got very itchy lately. It was fine in the first trimester.
