So scared

Dealing w/ some scary stuff right now. I'm 12 wks 5days starting cramping bad at work then started bleeding. Went to er baby is ok but I'm still bleeding. Baby's heartbeat was 167,and my pelvic exam was ok. The blood is watery and pink sometimes red, but no clots. They said to rest, I don't wanna loose my baby...
