Experience with Lupron trigger shot?

Has anyone had any experiences with using Lupron as your trigger shot for IVF? Was is successful?

Yes! I triggered with lupron instead of HCG in my January fresh cycle. They stopped counting my follicles after 50, so we don't even know exactly how many I had developing... the risk of OHSS was just too high. The lupron worked just fine as I had 81 eggs retrieved 36 hours later😊 I did develop minor OHSS but I think that's due to very angry ovaries after being poked 81 times! I can't imagine what it would've been like had I used HCG. We just transferred two hatched blastocysts on Wednesday from that batch of embryos! Fingers crossed!🤞🏻

I had a Lupron trigger for my IVF cycle as well.  We had no issues. We used HCG for our IUIs though.

I'm wondering this too... last time I did hcg and this time they are saying it'll probably be lupron and it will probably be tomorrow
