How long did it take you to feel better...not necessarily image wise (if you got stretchmarks ect.) BUT I mean physically when did you feel better energy wise?

I had a 2nd degree tear &vaginal tear...it's been 2days since my baby was born (i figure it'll take at least 1-2weeks to feel better)..

I had an 8lb 14oz baby & I'm pretty small. I currently am very very swollen down there & I have so many stitches 🤕 I can't walk on my own either..I was at fall risk during my whole stay at the hospital. I just want to feel better...I feel bad when everyone is taking care of my baby and I can't do anything.

I know there are mommies who did not tear ect and honestly I am so jealous 😂😅 but also very happy for yall because this pain is awful.
