I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant and I really don't want to sound gross but ever since I've been pregnant I've had this weird nasty smell down there with this nasty milky looking cream that comes out...I have to change my underwear like 5 times a day. Now that I'm getting further into my pregnancy it's starting to get worse. I tried using vagisil for the Odor because I used to use it before I got pregnant because it was fragrance free and didn't cause me UTI'S but now I'm using it and it's not even working. What should I do?
