how do you treat heartburn?❤🔥

I'm 21 wks & so far haven't used any medicine whatsoever. I have extreeeme heartburn and it's not going away. What is ok to take of how can you treat it

Mix 1/2 cup water with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Let it dissolve completely and then down it and follow with a cup of water. Good luck! Heartburn is my most hated part of pregnancy. Lol.

I had bad heartburn with my first. My doctor told me to take 300 mg of Zantac before bed and it worked wonders. I tried that with baby #2 and it didn't help so my doctor gave me a prescription. It is working fabulously.

I tried tums but I maxed out the number I could take in a day and it never worked. My doctor had to prescribe me medicine and it's been amazing! Haven't had an issue since.
