How to Stop "Letting Myself Go"???

In 2013, I joined Weight Watchers, and over the course of a few years, was able to go from 252 lbs to around 170 lbs. I was 20 lbs away from my goal weight, but then I got married and moved across the country in October to be with my new husband who's in the Army. After the move, I became homesick and depressed. I've always been an emotional eater, so of course that didn't help me in the weight loss department... It also didn't help that my parents, who had previously been paying for my Weight Watchers subscription, stopped paying after I moved, and we can't afford it. Now I'm back around 210 lbs, and I feel so discouraged and disgusted and helpless and hopeless about my weight. None of my clothes fit anymore. I'm starting to hate myself, even though I know I should love myself regardless of what I weigh. I don't know how I let myself go so much and it's really hard to get back on track. My emotional eating is a vicious cycle that I can't seem to stop. I feel bad, I eat, I feel worse, I eat again. I see a counselor, but it doesn't seem to help in this regard. And it also doesn't help that I have PCOS. If I'm not watching what I eat like a god damn hawk, my weight sky rockets. I feel sorry for myself that I have this problem, and frustrated that all my favorite foods are "bad". But then when I do watch what I eat, I get obsessive about it and food is all I think about, which probably isn't healthy either. How can I find a happy medium? How can I rediscover the motivation I need to get back on track? HAAALPPP!!!
