It seems like I might be pregnant after trying for 10 months

It seems like I might be pregnant after trying for 10 months. I'm going to go to the doctor to check as soon as possible with blood work but two test have come positive so far, a little faint but looks positive based on past test I've taken! I'm feeling very hopefully thank you to everyone that has answered my questions and for the great tools I have gained here to help me thru this!
