I'm 4 wks and 6 days and I'm cramping so much and having back pain. Should I go to the ER or not?

Cramping is normal. It lasts pretty much the whole pregnancy. Onl ycall your doctor or the er if you have severe cramping accompanied by heavy red bleeding.

You do not have a medical emergency.  Do not go to the er. Take a warm bath,  Tylenol and lots of water.  You are fine.

Definitely normal I'm cramping and I'm 16 weeks it's lower ligament pain if I'm not mistaken just means baby is growing so your body is adjusting

Unless you're bleeding, it's normal.  I had cramping for several weeks.  It's uncomfortable and I was too scared to take anything for it or use a heating pad because I didn't want to hurt the baby, so I just tolerated it.

Completely normal. I've been cramping for almost 15 weeks now. It feels like period cramps except it isn't. It's your uterus stretching to fit the baby.
