Period day or spotting day?
My periods are very long. Or so I thought. When I first start my period I have 2 heavy flow days, and then 1 light flow day, and afterwards I have 4 to 6 days of minimal bleeding. How should I record the last days in the app? As spotting inside of my period or as just spotting?
