chamomile tea

I'm still waiting to find out if I'm pregnant or not, but in the meantime, I'm acting like I am: taking pre-natals, cutting back on caffeine, eliminating alcohol, etc.). One of my night time rituals is to drink a cup of chamomile tea with a splash of milk. It helps me get to sleep. I've seen chamomile on lists of things that can increase miscarriage risk. Is my consumption level bad, or is it one of those things you have to drink like 50 cups per day of for it to matter?
